Mrs. William Steen.

Mrs. Mary Elizabeth STEEN, 75, died Thursday moring at the home of her daughter,
Mrs. Henry DIEHL, of 1104 High. She was born November 24, 1875, near
Westmoreland and made here home at 1223 Central for 30 years. SHe had been
making her home with her daughter three years. Her husband, William STEEN, died
November 5, 1945. 
She leaves three daughters, Mrs. DIEHL and Miss Ethel WYBURG, both of Topeka and
Mrs. Lavona WATSON of Los Angeles, Calif., and three grandchildren.
