Paul Stewart, 8, Was Visiting Grandparents in Baldwin. Accidental discharge of a revolver fatally wounded Paul STEWART, 8 -year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. E.M. STEWART, of Route 5, North Topeka. The accident occurred at Baldwin, at the home of his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. C.V. MERRY. The boyd was searching in the door pocket of his father's automobile for something his parents had takne along for him when they went to visit the grandparents. the revolver, in the pocket, discharged a bullet into his body below his heart. He was taken to Lawrence for hospital treatment where he died. Suriving are his parents and father's parents, Mr. and Mrs. E.C. STEWART, of the home on Route 5 out of North Topeka; his mother's parents, Mr. and Mrs. MERRY of Baldwin; three brothers, Eric, Donald, and Keith STEWART of the home, and two sisters, Ruth Ellen and Elizabeth STEWART of the home. The funeral will be at 2:30 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Kansas Avenue Methodist church.
