F. Thatcher Dies at 68; Rites Pending.

Frank THATCHER, 68, 812 College, was dead on arrival Friday at a Topeka
hospital. He died of a heart attack.

He was born in Portugal and had resided in the United States since childhood. He
was a veteran of World War I and World War II, serving with 9th Calvary. 

There are no immediate family survivors. 

Services are pending. Bowser-Frey Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
