Toler Dead. Assistant Food Inspector Had Been Resident of City Ten Years. Charles I. TOLER, 29 years old, assistant food inspector for the Topeka board of health, died Saturday night at his home, 117 Stephens street, following a week's illness with pneumonia. Toler had been a resident of Topeka for nearly ten years. he had been active in city politics and a central committeeman from the first precinct of the Sixth ward for the last four years. At the time of his death he wa a member of the executive committee of the county central committee. Toler is survived by his widow and one daughter, Carol Louise. He is also survived by two brothers, Edward Toler of Chicago, and John Toler of Anna, Ill., and by two sisters, Mrs. Gertrude LAWS of Kanakee, Ill., and Mrs. Alice TENDER of Cape Girardeau, Mo..
