Word was received in Topeka of the death of Robert John WEIRICH, of the 300th baking quartermaster corps. Mr. Weirich sailed to France September 14, and his death occurred September 30, from pneumonia. Weirich was 33 years of age, had lived in Topeka for several years, and was employed at the Santa Fe shops as a time-keeper. he was to have been married Christmas day to Miss Hattie DANNENHAUER, 515 West Fourth, but was called into army service instead. He is survived by two brothers, both of Topeka, but now in France, Samuel Weirich, now a member of the 353rd all-Kansas regiment, was formerly employed at the White Swan bakery in Topeka. William Weirich is now with a base hospital in France.
