Weisser Rites at Paxico. Paxico.--Services for Jacob H. WEISSER, 91, Paxico, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Paxico Methodist Church with burial in Bethleham Cemetery, south of Paxico. He died Sunday at his home. He was born Sept. 5, 1873 at Coshocton, Ohio. He moved to Kansas at the age of five with his parents. He married Jennie STOVER, June 10, 1903; and they lived at Denver, Colo., for 19 years. They moved to the Snokomo community south of Paxico in 1922. Mr. Weisser was engaged in farming at Paxico, retiring in 1950. He was a veteran of the Spanish-American War. His wife died in October 1955. Mr. Weisser was a member of the Paxico Methodist Church and Armstrong Camp No. 3. Survivors include two sons, John Weisser, of the home, and David M. Weisser, Winfield; two daughters, Ruth Weisser, of the home, and Mrs. Esther WEDOFF, 1243 Plass, Topeka; a brother, Frank Weisser, Mountain View, Okla.; six granddaughters; and a great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews.
