Jesse WESLEY, 60, of 1186 Lincoln, dropped dead Monday morning while digging in the basement at 914 MacVicar. His death was attributed to a heart attack by Dr. H.L.CLARK, county coroner. He was born December 10, 1886, in Ozawkie, Kan., and had been a resident of Topeka for the past 19 years. Survivors include one son, William Wesley of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Grace STARKS, Junction City; two sisters, Mrs. Emma BAKER and Mrs. Lucinda NELSON of the home; one brother, Charles WESLEY, Osceola, Iowa, and one nephew.
