Mrs. Mary Jane WINANS, 70, 1203 North Quincy, died Monday in a Topeka hospital. She was born March 14, 1877, in Wakarusa and lived in Osage County until she moved to Topeka three years ago. She was a member of the Helena Chapter, OES, and the Christian Church. Surviors include two daughtes, Mrs. Bertha KRAMER of the home, and Mrs. Rachel SKAGGS, Turlock, Calif.; three sons, Bennie WINANS, Gallup, N.M.; Glenn Winans, Turlock, Calif., Frankie Winans, Scranton; one brother, Chancey Taylor, Aberdeen, Idaho; three sisters, Mrs. Effie BAXTER and Mrs. Alice DICKSON, of Idaho Falls, Ida., and Mrs. Hattie CORDTS, Carbondale; 17 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
