Mrs. Esther Winters.
Mrs. Esther WINTERS, 84, of Onaga, died Tuesday at an Onaga rest home following
a short illness.
She was born March 19, 1876, in Wisconsin, and lived in the Onage community
about 78 years.
Survivors include her widower, John Winters, Sr., of the home; four sons, Glenn
Winters, Chester Winters and John Winters, Jr., all of Onaga, and Clark Winters
of Overland Park; two daughters, Mrs. R.C. HARTMAN of Chicago, and Mrs. M.L.
ZABEL of Overland Park; 18 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Baptist Church at Onaga. Burial will
be in the Onaga Cemetery. The body will like in state at Tessendorf Funeral Home
at Onaga until service time.
