Lloyd Paul Woodburn.
Lloyd Paul WOODBURN, 63, died at his home, 714 Fillmore, Wednesday.
Mr. Woodburn was born at Goff, Kan., Feb. 23, 1884, and attended school in
Nemaha County and Campbell College at Holton. For a time he was employed by the
law firm of Crand and Woodburn, and later moved to Westmoreland where he was
county treasurer for two terms.
Mr. Woodburn had been ill for 12 years, and at the time he was stricken he was
serving as cashier of the Union State Bank of Cleburne. The family had lived in
Toepka for the past four years.
In 1913, he married Miss Jessie HESSE, who survives him. He also leaves two
children, Mrs. Elizabeth LONGREN and Lloyd W. WOODBURN; a grandson, Paul Albin
LONGREN; one brother, J.L. WOODBURN of Fostoria and other relatives.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Wall-Diffender's. Burial
will take place in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
