Mrs. Clara Welch Dead.

Mrs. Clara WELCH, 50, died Thursday at her home, 413 Clay street. She is
survived by her husband, Edwin C. WELCH of the home; four daughters, Mrs. Esther
ALLEN, Herrington, Mrs. Harriet HUGHES, of Topeka, and Neola and Margie WELCH of
the home; two sisters, Mrs. S. NEWTON, of Pratt, and Mrs. C.R. McARTHUR of
Kansas City, Kan; and eight grandchildren. Private funeral services will be at
the home at 2:30 o'clock Saturday. Burial will be in Fairlawn cemetery.
