White. Charles E. WHITE, 62, employe of the city water works, died Tuesday night at his home, 728 Lime Street. He was bron February 15, 1877, in Carroll County, Indiana, and came to Fort Scott, Kan., when a small boy and had been a resident of Topeka for the past thirty-two years. He was a member of the Orient Lodge No. 51, A.F.& A.M., and the Modern Woodmen of America. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mamie WHITE of the home; one son, Harold WHITE, Topeka; three sisters, Mrs. M.S. HUSBAND, Topeka; Mrs. John P. ALLEN, also of Topeka and Mrs. Charles T. MILLER, Emporia; two brothers, Clarence WHITE, Pasadena, Calif., and Fred WHITE, Fort Scott; his father, W. Scott WHITE, Topeka and one grandson, Milton Robert WHITE, also of Topeka.
