Word has been received here of the death of Mrs. Mary WINGERT, former Topekan, at her home in Stockton, Calif., Thursday night. She was the widow of the late Louis J. WINGERT. Sher was born July 12, 1849, in Jersey City, N.J., and came to Topeka with her husband in 1878. Eleven years ago she moved to Stockton. Surviving are three sons, J.J. WINGERT and Walter L. WINGERT, Wichita; and Louis P. WINGERT, St. Louis; five daughters, Mrs. A.B. FELKER, Omaha; Mrs. L.J. HAMAKER and Mrs. E.M. FLEISCH, Topeka; and Miss Mary C. WINGERT and Miss Lida E. WINGERT, Stockton. The body will be brought to Topeka for funeral services and burial.
