S/O late Earl and Mary (Harwood) Carsten. He graduated from Wichita State
University with a degree in Nursing in 1973 and spent his career in healthcare.
He served his country as both a Naval Corpsman and Air Force officer with 21
years combined service. The funeral service will be conducted at Smith Mortuary,
Derby Kansas, with burial services immediately following at the Belle Plaine
Cemetery with full military honors.
