Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of her intention to make final proof in support of her claim and that said proof will be made before the probate judge of Thomas county, Kan. at Colby, Kan. on October 11, 1890, viz: Sarah E. Jackman homestead application No. 12232 for the southwest quarter section 6, township 10 south, range 31 west. She names the following witnesses to prove her continuous residence upon and cultivation of said land, viz: Elijah COLVIN, Joseph W. CLARK, William FISHER, Uriah RICHARDSON, all of Oakley, Ks. --Lee MONROE, Register. * * * * * * * * * Land office at WaKeeney, Kan., No. 5828 August 22, 1890.
