NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION

Land Office at WaKeeney, Kan.     No. 5270
     February 18, 1890

Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his 
intention to make final proof in support of his claim and that said proof will 
be made before the probate judge of Thomas county, Kansas, at Colby, Kansas, on 
March 31, 1890, viz: 

Thomas CRAIG, homestead application No. 8725, for the northeast quarter of 
sectin 30, in township 10 south, range 33 west. 

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and 
cultivation of said land, viz: 

Eli CRONIN, Geo. ROBUCK, John MADISON, Dudley WOODFORD, all of Monument, Logan 
county, Kan.     14     Lee MONROE, Register
