Land Office at WaKeeney, Kan., No. 5356 March 22, 1890. Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim and that said proof will be made before the probate judge of Thomas county, Kan, at Colby, Kansas, on May 8, 1890, viz: Anton BOTTNER homestead application No. 7699 for the southwest quarter of section 4 in township 10 south, range 33 west. He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and cultivation of said land, viz: F. A. ADAMSON, C. W. ALLMAN, L. S.
