NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION.

Land Office at WaKeeney, Kan.,     No. 5373
     March 22, 1890. 

Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his 
intention to make final proof in support of his intention to make final proof 
in support of his claim and that said proof will be made before the probate 
judge of Thomas county, Kansas, at Colby, Kansas, on May 8, 1890, viz:

Patrick BRAZIL homestead application No. 7345 for the southwest quarter of 
section 28 in township 10 south, range 31 west. 

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and 
cultivation of his land, viz: 

L. A. FISHER, James DILLON, Peter GALLAHER, W. H. KALER, all of Oakley, Kansas. 
     19          --Lee MONROE, Register
