No. 5435 April 19, 1890 Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim and that said proof will be made before the probate judge of Thomas county, Kansas, at Colby, Kansas, on June 3, 1890, viz: David B. DAWSON homestead application No. 21113 for the southwest quarter of section 22, township 10 south, range 31 west. He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and cultivation of said land, viz: William W. GEORGE, Alexander LITZENBURG, Sterling P.
