FERGUSON telling of the death of his brother, Thomas FERGUSON at his home in Texas. Mr. Ferguson left for Beaver Crossings, Nebraska, Sunday morning where the remains will be laid away. Thomas Ferguson was well known here to the early settlers, having resided on a farm here in the early days. He was a man of strong convictions, a scholar and a gentleman. He was traveling down the western slope of life when the call came, having reached nearly the seventy years allotted to man to live. The sincere sympathy of everyone goes out to those who mourn.
