Died at the home of his brother, Al McDonald in Thomas Co., Nov. 3, 1914. Age 41 years, 7 months and 2 days. Most of his active life was spent as a miner in Montana. He was stricken with miners consumption. He lived an upright moral life and leaves many friends and relatives to mourn their loss. The funeral service was conducted by Rev. J.B. Sites of Colby. The body was accompanied by friends was taken to his old home at McCook, Nebraska for burial.
