The Colby Free Press, Thomas County, Thursday, June 19, 1913
Jacob Henry NIEMAN was born Feb. 6, 1865, at Rising Sun Indiana, and passed away
at Colby, Kansas, June 9,1913. Aged 48 years, three months and three days. He
was maried to Nellie MALONE at Beloit, Kansas, Dec. 16, 1903. He was confirmed
at the age of thirteen years. He leaves an aged mother, three sisters, three
brothes, a wife and four daughters to mourn his death and has two sons that
preceded him to the great beyond.

Card of Thanks.
We wish to thank all who so kindly assisted us in our recent affliction, the
death and burial of our dear husband and father. May God's choicest blessings
rest upon them. We also wish to thank them for the beautiful floral offerings.
