Mrs. Herman Riedel.
The whole community was shocked and saddened Saturday morning when the news was
brought to town that Mrs. Herman RIEDEL had died in her home in Summers
township. Mrs. Riedel has spent the best part of her life in Thomas county. Her
life has been full of good work, prompted by love and sympathy for all. She was
devoted to her home and was a good mother. She leaves a devoted husband and five
children and a number of relatives and friends who will mourn her death.
