The Colby Free Press, Thomas County, Thursday, July 17, 1913
Just as the court house clock was striking six on Tuesday, July 15, Geo. F.
COOPER of Hoxie, and Chrisite KERR of Jennings, came in and applied for a
marriage license and at 6:30 were made one, by Judge Washburn.
The groom is a prosperous farmer of Sheridan county and the bride is the
youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T.R. Kerr of Jennings. They go to housekeeping
on Mr. Coopers farm near Hoxie.
