The Colby Tribune, Thomas County, Thursday,  April 9, 1891
The following from the Kansas City Star, announces the approaching nuptials of a
young lady well known in Colby:
The marriage of Mr. William D. CHARDE, secretary of the Commerical Exhcange
Building association and the mining and stock exchange, and Miss Effie F.
NEWELL, daughter of R.S. Newell, of Burlington, Col., is announced for
Wednesday, April 22, at Clyde chapel. Miss Newell resides at No. 1822 East
Seveneth street.
