The officiating clergyman was Rev. Edgar Price of Council Bluffs, Iowa. The wedding march was played by Miss Ruth Rowland of Kansas City, Mo., a college chum of the bride. The wedding is a culmination of a college courtship running through two or three years. The groom is a young man of fine appearance, a college graduate and a farmer who lives on his own farm in Nemaha county. The bride is well known in Colby where she has grown to womanhood. She received her education in the Colby schools, the Thomas county high school in the State Agricultural College at Manhattan. She is a splendid young lady bless with all the graces of splendid young womanhood. They go to housekeeping on the farm near Centralia where they begin their voyage over life's wedded sea with the blessings and benedictions of a host of friends.
