ALLEN was born in Bartin, England, March 10, 1854, and died at the home his daughter, Mrs. Wm. FEELEY of Newton, Kan., on May 26, 1910. The cause of his death was the second stroke of paralysis. Funeral service was held at the home by Rev. Beese, pastor of the Evangelical church. He was laid to rest in the Newton cemetery. He leaves a mother 85 years of age, two children and a sister to mourn his loss. His sister, Mrs. Sarrah RHODES attended his funeral. He was a brother of Mrs. A.
