BOBBITT, of Emmons, wife of H.J. Bobbitt, died on Tuesday morning last, July 21, at 2:30, of consumption, aged 58 years and 8 days. She leaves an aged husband and a son and daughter, Charles Bobbitt and Mrs. M.E. SHANK, all of whom were with her during her sickness and death. Funeral services were held at Emmons school house at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Rev. FRANKLIN officiating. Mrs. Bobbitt has been a great sufferer and for some time has been prepared to accept the rest that she knew awaited her. She died as she had lived, a Christian woman.
