Mrs. Cook was born in Germany, and in 1859 was married to Harry Cook. The year following they came to America and settled in New Jersey, living there four years. They moved from there to Ill., and in 1877 moved to this county settling in Clifton. Later, the family moved to Strawberry and two years ago Mr. and Mrs. Cook and the youngest son moved here. Mrs. Cook was the mother of eleven children, four died while living in Clifton. The others are all married except one son, who lives with his father. In infancy Mrs. Cook was taken into the Presbyterian church and lived a faithful Christian life. Her funeral was conducted by Rev. BOWMAN Monday and her body laid to rest in the cemetery south of here. Card of Thanks.
