Died:--At the home of her daughter, Mrs. Louisa PILCHER, in this city, on Sunday
morning, September 25, 1898, Keziah DAVIS, widow of Tunis M. Davis, aged 79
years, and 1 day. Her remains wre laid to rest by the side of her husband on
Monday afternoon. Rev.. George Hageman officiating. The deceased was born in
Nicholas county, Va., (now Braxton county, West Va.,) and came to Kansas with
her family in 1860. She was a member of the Friends church, and died trusting in
that Savior who had been here strength and her shield through many of her later
years.
