Boy Drowned:--Oliver DOWDY, a lad of 16 while bathing in Mill Creek Sunday
morning went beyond his depth and was drowned. It is supposed that he was seized
with cramps. The boy who was with him, a cousin about the same age was unable to
render any help. The body was in the water several hours before it was recovered.
