The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. S.D. HAWK, aged 11 months, died here last
Saturday of brain fever. It was a great sufferer after taken sick and only lived
two days. The funeral was held in the M.P. church in Haddam, conducted by Rev.
Bowman, assisted by Rev. Day of Haddam. Funeral services were held here at the
home Saturday also, before the body was taken to Haddam for burial.

Mr. and Mrs. S.D. Hawk wish to express their sincere thanks to the kind people
who assisted them during the sickness and at the funeral of their departed child.
