The best medical skill was in attendance, but all to no avail. Frank was born in Breslan, Germany, Dec. 23d, 1872, removed with his parents to Lowe township, Kans., when eleven years old, was married to Miss Minnie HOUSCHEL in the autumn in 1896. Three children bless the union. He leaves a wife, three children, father, mother, one brother, Paul Loch, and one sister, Mrs. Mary CARL, all of Lowe township. While all who knew Frank cannot help feeling sad that he should be taken so soon, they feel sure he was fully prepared to reach his heavenly home, where all who emulate his life, will meet him some day. Frank Lock was a devout Catholic and had the blessing to received the last rites of the church before death. The funeral services were held at St. Peter and Paul's church, north of Morrowville, and was largely attended by sympathizing neighbors and grieving friends. Frank's death will hang like a pall over the whole congregation. But heaven is people with just such person and so we humbly submit to God's holy will. Mrs. J.
