Mrs. Twila Lewis Ludwig was born January 7, 1881. She died January 11, 1913, aged thirty-two years and four days. Burial took place in Spokane, Wash. Those left to mourn are the husband and a little girl one year old. One sister, Mrs HEARM of Ellensburg Wash., was at her bedside. Her parents, W A LEWIS and wife, and sisters, Mrs Ida DONLEY and Mrs Clara FELLOWS, reside here. Mrs Hattie WEBSTER, another sister, lives in Greenleaf, and one brother, Dr C C Lewis, in Industry, Kan. Mrs LUDWIG united with the Presbyterian church five years ago in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The same minister who admitted her to the church now in Spokane, preached her funeral sermon. Miss Millie LEWIS went to Spokane a year ago to take care of Mrs LUDWIG remaining with her faithfully to the end. The Daughters of Rebecca were very attentive also. Mrs LUDWIG was a Clay county girl highly esteemed by all who knew her. She was a graduate of our high school, also a graduate of Gem City business collage at Quincey, Ill - Clay Center Dispatch. Mrs LUDWIG has visited in Greenleaf quite often and has a large circle of friends here who will regret to learn of her death.
