John Andrew McAtee was born in Wood county, Virginia, Nov. 31, 1842, died at
Linn, Kan., May 8, 1906. He moved to Missouri with his parents when but four
years old, there he was united in marriage to Miss Jennie CALVERT. To this union
four children were born, two girls and two boys. Their mother being called home
to the one who doeth all things well he moved to Kansas with his children in.
For the last six years he has been a resident of Washington county.

our beloved father.
