OBITUARY:  Greenleaf Sentinel Nov 14, 1929. DR NEAL DIES
Word was received by relatives in Greenleaf yesterday that Dr. Paul R Neal had
died Tuesday evening in 
Chicago. News of his death came as a great shock as a letter received by Mrs.
Neal just a few days ago from 
him did not mention that he was ill, and his death was apparently quite sudden,
although no details were 
received.
	Dr. Neal was about 37 years of age. He had practiced in Greenleaf at two
different times, leaving here 
last fall. At the time of his death he was located at the Augustana hospital in
Chicago were he was taking special 
work in X-ray and diagnosis. This was a year's course and he would have
completed it the first of January after 
which he had planned on seeking a new location and would have been joined by his
family who were making 
their home here in Greenleaf.
	He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Gladys Neal, nee Padgett, and two small
children, John and Pauline, of 
Greenleaf, and his father and mother who reside at Glasco, Kansas.
	The remains will be sent to Glasco where the funeral will be held. Mrs. Neal
and children left Wednesday 
morning for Glasco.
OBITUARY: Greenleaf Sentinel, Nov. 21, 1929. DIED FROM HEART ATTACH
The death of Dr Paul R Neal which occurred in Chicago last week was attributed
to a heart attack. He had 
complained of not feeling well and went to his room. A report from the hospital
there states that he was found 
dead in bed, live having been extinct from six hours when he was found.
Funeral services were held at Glasco, Kansas, his former home, Saturday afternoon.
