Mr. and Mrs. Petrie were for over 20 years old and respected settlers of this county. They left here abotu one year ago to make their home with their son, Martin Petrie, of Market Lake, Idaho. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Patrie were married at Baden, Germany in 1844 and came to this country in 1852 and settled near Albany, N.Y. In 1874 they started for the west and came direct to this city where some of their children preceded them. Eight children were born to them, seven of them now living.
