Funeral services were held in the M.E. church conducted by Rev. BOWMAN, assied by Dr. HAGEMAN of the Presbyterian church. Mrs. PENWELL had been a member of the Methodist church for over 40 years and was one of the faithful ones in attending the various services of the church, and in Christian life as well. Her husband and four children preceded her and three children are yet living.
