Died March 15, 1913, after a lingering illness with whooping cough. Age 6 months and 16 days. In the book of Job we find this statement, "My days are swifter than a post; they flee away. They pass away as the swift ships; as the eagle that haseth to the prey." These words are true in the earth life of the child. It has fallen asleep in Christ to awaken again. The sun goes down to rise again. Funeral services were held at the home Sunday at 3 p.m. by Rev E E McAFERTY. Interment was made at the Mt James cemetery. The bereft family have the sympathy of the community on account of their sad misfortune. CARD OF THANKS We wish to thank those who rendered us such valuable assistance during the sickness and death of our little girl. Their kindness will never be forgotten. Mr and Mrs O R PERKINS.
