Died, of consumption on Sunday, July 10th, 1881, Mr. James M. ROWE. Mr. Rowe has
been nearly an invalid for several years. He moved to this county from Lasalle
county, Ill., with his family last spring and purchased the Seely farm, two
miles west of Greenleaf, where he resided at the time of his death. He leaves a
wife and large family of children to mourn his loss. The funeral sermon was
preached by Elder Shauer, after which the remains were buried in the Spradling
cemetery in Sherman township.
