Thursday of last week Mr. Jesse SHAFFER and Miss Mary MYER were married in the
bride's home south of Washington, Rev. BOWMAN officiating, assisted by Rev.
BATES. A number of invited guests were present to extend congratulations and
left presents. Mr. SHAFFER is a young prosperous farmer and his bride is a
sister of Mrs. August SOLLER.
