            The Peterson Sold
    This week a deal was made in which W. H. Peterson
exchanges his hotel here for a farm near Parsons,
Kansas and a part consideration in cash. J. T. 
Fisher is the new proprietor and will take charge
about January 5. The consideration of each was
$6000. Mr. Peterson has been here about seven
years and has made his hotel one of the best in 
the county. He will remain here until spring when
he will move on his farm.
