A. Buck From Bellfontaine (Ohio) Daily Examiner Mrs. Buck, wife of Editor C. A. Buck of the Rushsylvania Record, died at her home in Rushsylvania on Tuesday morning of eclampsia. A son born to her shortly before her death is living. He is the only child. Mrs. Buck was taken seriously ill Sunday and Monday became unconscious remaining in a state of coma until her death at about 6 Tuesday morning. Mr. and Mrs. Buck had lived in Rushsylvania several years and had gained the respect of all the people of the town. She was a woman of culture and refinement and her death, under the especially sad circumstances, has brought much sorrow to the people of the town and to all who know the family. The deceased assisted her husband in the publication of the Record and was very capable and much devoted to the business and happy in the success of her husband as a journalist. The two, the best of comrades, spent all of last winter and spring in travel, visiting the East, enjoying an ocean voyage and spending some time in New Orleans and cities in Texas. Both came home much refreshed by their long rest, glad to be back among their old friends and ready to begin work again on the Record. They met a warm welcome back and now all so suddenly comes the parting of the ways and sorrow fills the hearts of many. Mrs. Buck leaves a sister living in Cleveland and her father lives near that city and word has been sent to both of them. She was 38 years old.
