Hunt, son of Ed Hunt, an early citizen of Linn CO, who owned the farm on which the Hunt school house was built and for whom the school district was named, died Thursday of last week at his home in Kansas City, Kansas, where most of his life had been spent. He was 52 yrs. old and had been an engine dispatcher for the Kansas City Terminal Railway CO several years. John F. Hunt was a nephew of F.E.Dedo of LaCygne and will be remembered by the older residents of the Hunt school district. The father, Ed Hunt, died in Kansas City several years ago.
