Sue FLATT, 84, a resident of Summit Manor Nursing Home, formerly of the
Sparksville Community in Adair County, passed away Wednesday, 22-Dec-2004,
at 4:55 p.m., at Summit Manor. The funeral service will be Friday, 24-Dec-2004,
at 10:00 a.m., at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street,
Columbia, KY, with Brother Darrell LANDIS the officiating clergy.

She was a member of the Sparksville Baptist Church and a homemaker. Mrs. FLATT
was the daughter of the late Jessee and Lee COLE of Cumberland County, KY. She
was the widow of the late Tommy FLATT.

She is survived by the following:
Two sons: Bill FLATT, Louisville, KY; and Gerald FLATT, Sonora, KY, and
several nieces and nephews and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by
two sisters, Jessie JANES and Victoria HANDORF; and two brothers, George COLE
and Jim COLE.

Visitation is after 4:00 p.m., on Thursday, 23-Dec-2004, at
Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, Columbia, KY.
Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home is in charge of funeral arrangements.
