Mary C. POLSTON, 95, a resident of Summit Manor Nursing Home, Columbia, KY,
died Monday, 27-Dec-2004, at 12 p.m., at the Westlake Regional Hospital in
Columbia. The funeral service will be Thursday, 30-Dec-2004, at 11:00 a.m.,
at Grissom Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Hugh
CANNON officiating.

She was the daughter of the late Garfield and Fannie Belle WILCOX COOMER,
the widow of Herbert POLSTON and a member of the Southside Church of Christ.

Survivors include the following:
One son: W.T. POLSTON, Columbia, KY
One daughter: Sue Carolyn BURTON, Peru, IN And seven grandchildren, 13 great
grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren She was preceded in death
by a daughter, Emma Sneed BRYANT.

Burial will be in Haven Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 3:00 p.m.,
Wednesday, 29-Dec-2004, at Grissom Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street,
Columbia, KY. Grissom Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
