The funeral service is Saturday, January 31, 2004, at 11:00 a.m., at the First Lutheran Church in Upper Sandusky, OH. with Pastor Julianne SMITH officiating. Friends may call at Bringham Clark & Co. Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky, OH, 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, January 30, 2004, and one hour prior to the service on Saturday, January 31, 2004. This obituary information is a courtesy of Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in Columbia, KY She was the daughter of the late Joseph P. and Jessie Baker TRAYLOR of Breeding, KY. She was the widow of Elbert T. ROWE, who preceded her in death July 17, 1962. She was also preceded in death by two grandchildren, four brothers, and one sister. She is survived by the following – Survived by five sons: Leon ROWE, William ROWE, Wilbie ROWE, and Gaylon ROWE, all of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, and John ROWE, Forest, Ohio Four daughters: Lily Sue KESSLER and her husband, Gerald, Tiffin, OH; Naomi BOWER and her husband, Donald, Upper Sandusky, OH; Joann HOUGENDOBLER, Mesa, AZ; and Linda DOBBS and her husband, Jeff, also Mesa, AZ. One sister: Ritchie AKIN, and her husband, Ralph, Columbia, KY And 25 Grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, several step grandchildren, and several great step grandchildren. Mrs. ROWE was a member of First Lutheran Church and a homemaker. She had worked until she was 80 years old as a waitress, cook, and baker. Over the span of her career she had worked at these restaurants: Pagnards, Evergreens, Bob & Shirley's, and Croney's, all in Upper Sandusky, OH. She enjoyed baking, cooking, gardening, canning. She loved flowers and always want to feed people and always - she wanted to be that Special Grandma. Interment will be in Old Mission Cemetery in Upper Sandusky, OH.
