WILLIS, 96, 710 Glenmary Drive, Columbia, KY, passed away Friday, January 23, 2004, at 7:52 a.m., at Summit Manor Nursing Home. The funeral service is Sunday, January 25, 2004, at 1:00 p.m., at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with Rev. Richard LOWE officiating. Mrs. WILLIS was a faithful member of the Columbia United Methodist Church Church, a school teacher, clerk, and a beloved member of the community. She was the daughter of the late William G. and Mattie Lee Williams McKINLEY and the widow of Otha WILLIS, who preceded her in death on November 18, 1970. She was also preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters: Bascum (B.B.) McKINLEY, Bill Gordon McKINLEY, Calvin McKINLEY, Pina REDMON, and Daisy HILL. She is survived by the following – Nieces and nephews: Virginia MORRIS, Louisville, KY; Luther Ray REDMON, Marilyn STIVERS, Linda GRIDER and Joe Bishop McKINLEY, all of Columbia, KY. Sister in law: Josie McKINLEY, Columbia, KY Four Great nephews, one great niece, two great great nephews, and five five great great nieces and a host of other relatives and friends. Interment will be in the Columbia Cemetery.
