Wills; Adair County KY Elizabeth FLETCHER 19-Mar-1860 Submitted By: Johnnie (Fletcher) Yelvington Submission Date: 25-Jun-2002 In the name of God, Amen I, Elizabeth FLETCHER of Adair County KY do hereby make & establish this as my last will & testament: First I give my soul to God & my body to be buried in a decent manner. 2nd - I give unto my Daughter, Jane TILMAN thirty-four acres out of my land adjoining the land on which she now lives, the line to be run parallel with the line that now divides said TILMAN land & mine. Also all of my household & kitchen furniture and stock to be hers forever. Item -It is my will that after my decease my executors, hereafter named, shall sell the balance of my old tract of land which will be fifty acres, also my tract of land on the ridge where on my son, Micajah now lives on. Such credits as they may think best & to pay out of the process of the sale of the aforesaid lands to my son Micajah, one hundred dollars & to my son John one hundred dollars & to my son Oliver two hundred dollars. I consider I have already paid to my son Andrew & my son James's heirs all of their share of my estate therefore I now leave them nothing & the rest of the money after paying all expenses arising from the sale of sd. lands I give to my daughter, Jane Tilman & out of the amount she receives I wish her to educate her son, Samuel. Item 4 - I hereby appoint my friend, Hiram K. Turk, executor to this my last will & testament & hereby revoke all former wills by me made as witness my hand & seal this 19th of March 1860.
