ALLEN COUNTY, KY RICHARDS SCHOOL Submitted by Sandi Gorin Thursday, Sept 13, 2001 RICHARDS SCHOOL Richards School was in the Richards district and was in existence at least by 1850 when a trustees report was found. John RICHARDS donated the land and it was located 5 1/2 miles north of Scottsville on US 231 on 1332 west, about one mile to Hickory Lane.
